- 新增 PrintChannelErrorTableHeader、PrintChannelErrorInfo、ChannelStatusToString 函数
- 修改 BatchConnectChannels 函数签名，添加 channelDescs 参数以支持完整错误信息打印
- 在超时和失败分支打印详细的 Channel 错误状态表格
- 只打印非 READY 状态的 Channel，避免日志刷屏
- 对于 FAILED 和 SOCKET_TIMEOUT 状态，额外打印完整的 ChannelDesc 详细信息

参考 HcclSocketManager::PrintErrorConnection 的实现风格，使用表格格式输出
便于快速定位 Channel 连接问题
