优化：CommAddrLogger 输出格式与 IpAddress::Describe 保持一致
- 修改 ConvertEID 函数，使用冒号分隔的 64 位整数格式（eid[x:y]）
- 修改 ToString 函数，统一使用 IpAddress 前缀和标准格式
- 添加字节序转换（be64toh）处理网络字节序数据
- 更新头文件注释，提供准确的格式示例
